Karnataka BJP Imbroglio Goes on

The impasse in Karnataka BJP has refused to ebb with rebels continuing to gun for the removal of chief minister BS Yeddyurappa.

“In the interest of BJP and the workers in Karnataka, we need a very good leadership in the state. Whatever my stand is, I am not changing,” saidG Janardhana Reddy.

He, who is leading the ‘oust Yeddyurappa campaign’, made the statement following his meeting with senior BJP leader Sushma Swaraj.

He said that he had explained the position to senior party leaders including party President Rajnath Singh and others and that he was “one hundred per cent hopeful that the party will give a very good leadership in the interest of the state”.
