Mobile polyclinic for ex-servicemen in 7 districts of state

Bhopal. Home and Transport Minister Shri Bhupendra Singh has informed that for medical facility of ex-servicemen, mobile polyclinics are being run in 7 districts of the state. He informed that the state government has given reservation for ex-servicemen in government service. Shri Singh was addressing a meeting of Central Sainik Board at Vigyan Bhavan in New Delhi today. Union Defence Minister Shri Manohar Parrikar was present in the meeting.

Home Minister Shri Bhupendra Singh said that along with running mobile polyclinics for health services of ex-servicemen at Bhind, Indore, Morena, Narsinghpur, Seoni, Satna and Shahdol. For construction of Vishram Grihs, free of cost land has also been allotted in 14 districts. He informed that appointments have been given on 479 various posts to ex-servicemen in the Police force from year 2012 to 2014. These include posts of Subedar, Sub-Inspector, Platoon Commander as well as constable, steno typist and various lower category posts. He informed that seats have been reserved in various vocational education government institutions for war widows, disabled army personnel and their children.
