The Governor Lalji Tandon has said that when we study the ancient history of our country, we find that sitting under the shadow of nature, our Rishis-Munis enshrined the tradition of knowledge. The Shruti-Smriti tradition started from
here itself. This contemplation is present amid us in the form of Shruti-Smriti from generation to generation. Efforts were made time and again to destroy this wealth but the Indian culture and traditions protected it from the destruction.
Tandon was addressing the Young Thinkers in a two day Young Thinkers Conclave here today.
Lalji Tandon said that the adverse situation arises in the life span of any country. Distortion in lack of contemplation came up for the time being in India but now the time has come when youth of today must achieve their goals by
imbibing that perception, Shruti-Smriti tradition and invaluable knowledge treasure of the country.
The Governor further mentioned that we talk about the paperless system today but this system is in place in our country since ages. Thinker like Kabir was not educated but research is also being conducted today on his Gyan-Dhara.
The Director of the Conclave Ashutosh Singh Thakur informed that re-awakening is needed in the contemporary context by taking into account the Bhartiya Gyan Parampara and freedom of Indian people from the colonization. He
informed that about 150 youth from the country and abroad have taken part in the conclave. These youth will contemplate in connection to agriculture, science, Bhartiya Gyan Parampara including the status and direction of the country.
The Social Activist Amitabh Soni showcased a documentary film focusing innovations. Trustee Bharat Gupta of Indira Gandhi Kala Kendra-Delhi, Vice Chancellor of RGPV Prof. Anand Singh and Director of People’s Group Mayank
Vishnoi were present as special guests on the occasion.
