Gaur demands 25 Crore from Kamalnath for conservation of Upper lake

Bhopal: Urban Administration & Development Minister Shri Babulal Gaur paid a courtesy visit to Union Urban Development Minister Shri Kamal Nath here today. During the meeting, Shri Gaur demanded Rs. 25 crore from the Union Government for the conservation and development of Bhopal’s Upper Lake. Shri Gaur informed that discussions have already been held with the Union Government regarding conservation and development of Bhoj Taal (Upper Lake) in August 2012 on which no action has been taken yet.
Shri Gaur informed that a detailed project report regarding Upper Lake’s conservation and development will soon be sent to the Union Government. Union Minister Shri Kamal Nath assured that the Centre will sanction Rs. 25 crore after receipt of project report.
