High securities for the Muharram procession

BHOPAL: To maintain peace in the city, police have geared up for challenges on the day of Muharram on Tuesday. There is high security preparation near Karbala Maidan, tazias from across the city would be taken to Karbala Maidan for Muharram.

Also the financial capital of MP, Indore was surrounded by the police, Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP), A Sai Manohar said total 150, including 40 older CCTVcameras have been installed around Karbala Maidan to keep tab on development taking place there.

Apart from this, 3,000 cops have been deployed in Indore on the route and 600 more police personnel would be deployed by morning. “All of them have been directed to be alert,” he added.
