Chouhan Visits RSS Headquarters in Nagpur, Meets Bhagwat

Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan on Friday called on RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat in Nagpur, reported PTI.

Chouhan paid visit to Bhagwat at the RSS headquarters in old city area, report said citing sources.

It may be mentioned that Chouhan, after Gujarat CM Narendra Modi, is second BJP chief minister to have met Bhagwat within a week.

Modi, in Nagpur on April 21, held a closed door meeting with the RSS sansanghchalak for about three hours in the evening when all top party leaders were Delhi to protest against the price rise. He had skipped the meeting and instead preferred to speak to RSS chief.

Chouhan arrived around 9 am and left in the afternoon after meeting Bhagwat, said report citing sources.
