BJP Should Be Treated like Kasab for ‘Waging War’ against Nation: Cong MP

Congress parliamentarian from Goa Shantaram Naik has insisted that the BJP should be treated like Mumbai terror attacks convict Amir Ajmal Kasab for ‘waging war’ against the nation, said media reports.
“There is no section (of law) to deal with the party which kills secularism. The BJP should be treated on a par with Kasab for waging war against the nation,” Naik was quoted as saying while talking to reporters.
“They (BJP) were killing secularism practically every day. There is no provision in the law to book such murders except for the offence of waging of war,” he was quoted as saying.
He alleged that BJP is making desperate attempts to save its leaders like LK Advani, Narendra Modi and Manohar Parrikar from the clutches of law and therefore it has started an anti-CBI campaign.
“The entire campaign against CBI is prompted from the fact that their leaders are falling in the net,” he was quoted as saying, “The nationwide campaign against CBI is to shield its leaders.”
