Warm Welcome of Narendra Modi at BJP party headquarter in Delhi

New Delhi: Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi was felicitated at BJP headquarter in the national capital after registering a third consecutive victory in recently concluding Gujarat assembly polls. He also addressed jubilant party leaders and workers in the presence of party president Nitin Gadkari.
Taking on Prime Minister, Gujarat Chief Minister said that nearly 65 percent population of the country comprised of people below 35 years of age but the Prime Minister has no vision for them. “For 12 years, my government has done work… The people of Gujarat have voted in favour of the good work done by my party in the state.”
Modi said it was possible for an ordinary party worker like him to become a chief minister of the state.

“It was possible for me, a simple worker, to rise to where I am today,” he said.

Earlier, BJP chief Nitin Gadkari praised Modi for the “tohfa (gift)” he had got in the form of the party scoring a massive win in the state elections for a third time. “Gujarat is an example before the nation,” Gadkari said.
Modi further asked the United Progressive Alliance (UPA) government to follow “federal dharma” and not to tinker with states. “The central government should resist the temptation to tinker with the federal structure mandated by the constitution.”
