Basketball courts to be constructed in every village: Deepak Joshi
Bhopal: Minister of State for Higher & School Education Shri Deepak Joshi inaugurated all-India basketball competition here today. He said that basket ball courts will be constructed in every village and grounds for kabaddi, kho-kho and volleyball in every school.
Shri Joshi said that every possible effort will be made to cooperate with and honour players. He honoured Indore’s Shri Mukesh Pawar, who was a member of gold medalist team in kabaddi during Junior Asian Games and Ku. Mona of Jabalpur with mementoes.
The basketball competition is being held in memory of late Manish Bachchani in which 30 teams from all over the country are participating. Final match will be played on January 2.
