Awareness Must for Rapid Development: Gaur

Bhopal – Urban Administration and Development Minister Babulal Gaur on Thursday termed public awareness as a prerequisite for development works to gain momentum, he said areas where people are more aware register speedy development.
Gaur was speaking after the Bhumi Poojan of roads and hydrant to be constructed at a cost of about Rs 97 lakh at Ward 65 and Ward 60 of the state capital.
At Maholi in Ward No. 65 a rubble road will be constructed at a cost of Rs 2 lakh and a concrete road costing Rs 4.15 lakh. A hydrant costing Rs 2.28 lakh in Damkheda and cement concrete road will be constructed in Atal-Nehru Nagar at a cost of Rs 5.50 lakh.
In Ward No. 60, a 4.50 metre wide and 680 metre long cement concrete road will be constructed from Tulsi complex to Piyush Nagar and a 4.50 metre wide and 900 metre long road will be constructed from Awadhpuri to Tulsi Vikas. Construction of these roads will cost Rs 82 lakh. After construction of these roads, about two dozen localities of Awadhpuri region will be benefited.
