26 Students Killed, 34 Injured as Bus Rams into Vehicle, Falls off Bridge

Nearly 26 students have died and 34 others been wounded as a bus carrying 62 people rammed into a stationary vehicle and fell off a bridge in Sawai Madhopur in Rajasthan, said media reports.
The mishap occurred this morning when the bus, carrying students of a teacher training college from Khanpur in Jhalawar, was returning from a picnic in to Mathura, reports said.
Reports said the 21 students died on the spot while five others died on their way to the hospital.
Of the 62 people in the bus, 51 were students while nine were the staff, said reports.
Most of the victims were between the ages of 18-25 years, reports said.
