Qamishli: At least 16 people were killed and 30 wounded by explosions in three restaurants in the northeast of Syria, a monitoring group said, in attacks claimed by the militant group. Kathmandu: A mild tremor measuring 4.3 on the Richter Scale today hit central Nepal in the early hours. The aftershock was recorded at 7:41 am, with its epicenter located at Sindhupalchok district, 75 km northeast of Kathmandu.
