Indore Vehicle Lifters Busted

Indore  —  Two members of a gang of vehicle lifters were arrested and nine stolen dumpers and two trucks were seized from them, police said. Acting on a tip-off, the crime branch arrested Sohail Khan and Madan Verma and seized the vehicles. The gang members stole the vehicles from Maharashtra’s Nasik, Thane and Jalgaon towns before bringing them to Indore. They sold the vehicles after tampering the chassis numbers, police said. MP Cabinet Okays Air Links between Four Major Cities

Bhopal  —  The Madhya Pradesh cabinet on Wednesday okayed a proposal to link the State’s major cities through an air service, operated by private players. The service will link Indore, Bhopal, Jabalpur, Gwalior and Satna during the first phase. A policy to the effect has also been endorsed.
